空间环境太阳电池玻璃盖片退化效应研究

Investigation on Space Environmental Degradation Effects of Solar Cell Coverglass

基于空间辐照环境地面模拟实验,在几种辐照条件下,如-160℃~+110℃范围内的冷热循环、50 keV的质子辐照,500 keV的电子辐照、2000 ESH的真空紫外辐照以及多因素组合辐照,对CMG100-AR太阳电池玻璃盖片进行了辐照退化效应研究。测试了未辐照和辐照退化的两种玻璃盖片表面带电相关总电子发射系数和光电子发射系数。本文结合蒙特卡洛仿真、红外光谱、UV-VIS-NIR光谱以及XPS分析揭示了玻璃盖片的损伤机理,讨论了它们对两种玻璃盖片总电子发射系数和光电子发射系数的影响。

Based on the ground-based simulation for space irradiation environment, the degradation of CMG100-AR solar cell coverglasses produced by Qioptiq was conducted by thermal cycling at the range of -160 oC ~ +110 oC, 50 keV protons irradiation, 500 keV electrons irradiation, 2000 ESH vacuum ultraviolet irradiation, and their multi-factors radiation in sequence. The key parameters related to surface charging of virgin and degraded coverglasses, such as, total electron emission yield, photoelectron emission yield, were measured and discussed. The Monte-carlo simulation, infrared spectroscopy, UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy, and XPS spectrum, were used to disclose the damage mechanism and its influence on the above parameters.
