电力电容器噪声辐射比的计算方法研究

电力电容器是换流站中主要噪声源之一,它对社会环境产生的噪声危害已经逐渐不可忽视。研究电容器噪声辐射比的计算方法可以计算出辐射比,从而直接计算电容器的噪声,为电容器降噪提供理论依据。通过研究电容器的噪声辐射特性,结合板壳结构振动与声辐射理论,在半消声室建立了电容器表面振动与辐射噪声的测试系统,并用表面振动速度法、传递函数法分别计算得出电容器总噪声辐射效率指数曲线,最后选择某一特定频率,根据电容器不同表面的噪声辐射效率指数曲线,计算出该频率处各面的噪声值,再将计算的各面噪声值与实测的噪声值进行对比,验证了两种计算方法的可行性与准确性。

he power capacitor is one of main noise sources in converter station, so the influences to social environment have been gradually paid great attention. The radiation ratio of capacitor can be concluded by studying on the calculation methods, thus the noise of the capacitor will be obtained directly, providing the basis for capacitors noise reduction. Based on vibration and sound radiation theory of plate and shell structure and radiation properties of capacitor, the system testing vibration and noise radiation of the capacitor surfaces was established in a semi-anechoic room. This paper acquired frequency curve of radiation efficiency exponent by using surface vibration velocity method and transfer function method. Finally according to noise radiation efficiency exponent curve of different surfaces in capacitor , calculated noise value at a single frequency, and comparing the calculation value of each faces with the measured value, it was verified that the two methods are feasible and accurate.
