随着企业现代化生产规模的不断扩大和深化,自动化立体仓库的硬件设备、自动控制和通讯技术已经十分完善,而自动化立体仓库的优化管理、调度方面还存在不足。主要针对自动化立体仓库固定货架堆垛机拣选路径优化方法进行探索性研究。首先对目前自动化立体仓储存在的问题进行分析。其次,将蚁群算法应用到自动化立体仓库固定货架拣选的路径优化问题中。最后利用Matlab软件编程求解堆垛机拣选货物的TSP问题并对结果进行比较。
