机械能助渗铝研究
Study on aluminizing aided by mechanical energy
在传统固体粉末渗铝的基础之上,利用运动的粉末渗剂粒子冲击式样表面,降低扩散激活能,将机械能和热能结合在一起,使渗铝过程更易进行,渗铝温度从1000℃左右降低到600℃左右,时间从10小时减少到4小时左右,在较短时间内得到较厚的渗层。渗层相结构主要为Fe2Al5,因此铝元素含量在40%以上,具有良好的抗高温氧化性和耐蚀性。
On the foundation of traditional pack aluminization, the surface of the pattern is impacted by the mechanical energy of moving powder particles in order to reduce the activation energy used to diffuse. The mechanical energy and the thermal energy combine together that make the aluminizing process more easy, the temperature of aluminization decreases from 1000℃ around to 600℃ around, time decreases from 10 hours around to 4 hours around, so can get more thick aluminized layer in less time. The main phase of the aluminized layer is Fe2Al5 so the content of aluminum is more than 40%, that make the pattern have excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
