过盈配合拆解的界面损伤试验研究

he remanufacturing dismantling is the premise of remanufacturing.Interference fit part is one of the important remanufacturing parts，who is widely used in mechanized equipments.Interference fit dismantling often damages the interface which means parts can't be remanufactured.It is of great significance for studying interface damage of dismantling.The dismantling simulation test is designed in the paper.According to the test, the forms of dismantling interface damage are explored , the quantitative parameter for interface damage is confirmed as interface damage depth,the regularities of interface damage are analyzed:there is a linear relationship between interface damage depth and load，and their relationship equation is established,for providing theoretical support for the remanufacturing dismantling process.
