过盈配合拆解的界面损伤试验研究

再制造拆解是再制造的前提,过盈配合件是再制造的重要零件,在机械装备中普遍存在,过盈配合拆解常常造成零件界面损伤而无法再制造,研究拆解界面损伤具有重要意义。本文设计了拆解模拟试验,通过试验探究了拆解界面损伤的形式,确定了界面损伤定量评价参数,分析了界面损伤规律,发现界面损伤深度与载荷呈线性关系,并建立了两者之间的关系方程,为再制造拆解工艺提供理论支持。
he remanufacturing dismantling is the premise of remanufacturing.Interference fit part is one of the important remanufacturing parts,who is widely used in mechanized equipments.Interference fit dismantling often damages the interface which means parts can't be remanufactured.It is of great significance for studying interface damage of dismantling.The dismantling simulation test is designed in the paper.According to the test, the forms of dismantling interface damage are explored , the quantitative parameter for interface damage is confirmed as interface damage depth,the regularities of interface damage are analyzed:there is a linear relationship between interface damage depth and load,and their relationship equation is established,for providing theoretical support for the remanufacturing dismantling process.
