本文介绍了基于X射线数字成像对管材壳体进行检测的系统设计。综合了X射线成像、图象处理、软件设计、Galil运动控制卡应用和机械设计制造等多学科知识集成了该系统。实验表明该系统成像清晰,移动精确,控制稳定。
Based on the X-ray digital radiography, this article introduces the system specially designed for the inspection of tubular hull. This system is the integration of Radiography, image manipulation, software design, the application of Galil motion controll card and mechanical design and manufacture. Experiments verify the clear image and precision and stability of this system.
