住宅楼墙体开裂与地基的不均匀沉降有很大关系，本文在具体工程实践中，分析了墙体开裂的原因，在此基础上提出了加固治理方法并介绍了树根桩复合地基的设计和计算。实践证明，在对开裂住宅的加固治理中，要重视对地基方面原因的分析，特别是地基的不均匀沉降，同时运用适当的加固方法才能取得良好的加固效果。
the fissures of the building have the great connection with the foundation’s uneven subsidence. The paper analyzes the cause of the fissures based on the practice project, on this foundation the paper put forward up corresponding reinforce method and discuss the design and calculation about the root piles composite foundation. The practice show that, only put importance to the influence of foundation, especially to the uneven subsidence and make use of appropriate treat methods, good reinforce result can be achieved..
