本文在分析HART协议特点和应用的基础上,设计了基于HART协议的智能仪表和控制器通信模块,包括HART通信主、从设备通信端的硬件电路连接及软件程序设计。该设计使用超低功耗的高性能单片机MSP430F149和专用的HART调制解调芯片SYM20C15,较传统设计提高硬件设计的集成度、通信的可靠性,降低了仪器仪表功耗。设计可应用于对传统仪表到HART仪表的改装和相关HART设备的通信端口设计。经试验验证,该设计有效地提高了HART通信的可靠性,完全可行。

Basing on the analysis of the feature and application of HART protocol, the paper has designed a communication module used for instrument based on HART, which includes host and slave units, includes hardware circuits and software design. The design has used ultra Low-Power Consumption and High-Performance MCU MSP430F149 and HART Modulation-demodulation Special-purpose Chip SYM20C15 .Compare with the traditional design, the design has improved the integrated level, the reliability of communication, and reduced the power consumption. The design can be used for the transformation of traditional instruments into HART instruments, and the design of communication ports of HART-compliant instruments. The reliability of the designed HART communication has demonstrated the feasibility of the design.
