折射率和温度同时测量的新型光子晶体光纤F-P传感器

本文报道了一种新型光子晶体光纤F-P折射率传感器。该传感器利用干涉光谱波峰或波谷功率的变化和波长的漂移可以实现对环境折射率和温度的同时测量,有效的解决了测量的交叉敏感问题。并且,光子晶体光纤末端放电功率的调整,可以实现对不同折射率范围的高灵敏测量。本文利用长度为477.7μm的小芯径微腔F-P传感器,实现了1.33-1.64范围内的折射率测量,在1.33-1.40和1.41-1.64范围内,折射率的灵敏度分别为169.7dB/RIU和39.7dB/RIU。在30摄氏度到80摄氏度的范围内,温度的灵敏度为10pm/摄氏度。

In this paper, we fabricated a F-P fiber refractive index sensor based on a photonic crystal fiber. Such a fiber sensor could measure the external refractive index and temperature simultaneously using the power and shift of the dip wavelength in the interference spectra. Moreover, high sensitivity index measurement could be realized for different index range by controlling the discharge intensity of the collapse end region. For a fabricated F-P fiber sensor with 477.7μm cavity length, the refractive index sensitivities are 169.7dB/RIU和39.7dB/RIU in the ranges of 1.33-1.40 and 1.41-1.64, respectively, and the temperature sensivity is around 10 pm/degree.
