加味天麻胶囊中天麻素的含量测定
etermination of the contents of gastrodine in JiaWeiTianMa Capsule
目的 建立测定加味天麻胶囊中天麻素含量的方法。方法 采用DiamonsilTM色谱柱为C18色谱柱(150×4.6mm，5μm)，流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液（3：97）,检测波长为220nm。结果 天麻素峰与其他杂质峰分离良好,在0.2166～2.166μg范围内线性关系良好（r = 0.9996），平均回收率为97.92% , RSD = 1.25%（n=6）。结论 此方法操作简便、准确性好,可作为加味天麻胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objecrive:To establish a method to Determination of the contents of gastrodine in JiaWeiTianMa Capsule. Method: A DiamonsilTMC18 column (150×4.6mm，5μm) was usedwith the mobile phase consisting of methanol:water mixedof 0.05%acetic acid (V:V = 3:97).Result:A good linear of berberine hydrochloride was shown the correlation coefficient as r=0.9996,the averagerecovery as 97.92%, RSD = 1.25（n=6）.Conclusion:The method was accurate and credible．It can be used to determination of the contents of gastrodine in JiaWeiTianMa Capsule.
