弗罗里硅土柱层析分离多氯联苯和有机氯农药的研究

Study on Separation of PCBS and OCPs with Absorption Chromatography of Florisil Column

本文建立了弗罗里硅土(Florisil )柱层析分离多氯联苯(PCBS)与有机氯农药(OCPS)的方法。比较了不同的Florisil活化时间、活化温度、粒径、用量及层析柱的柱长/柱径对PCBS与OCPS分离效率的影响。结果显示,当弗罗里硅土活化时间为30min,活化温度为200℃、粒径为60目~100目、用量为2.0g及其柱长/柱径为230mm/8mm时,分离效果较好,其PCBS回收率在76.0%~101.1%。仅有七氯、艾氏剂、DDE、狄氏剂、甲氧-DDT没有分开,但对PCBS干扰较小。

method for optimizing separation of PCBS and OCPs with absorption chromatography of Florisil column has been established.Separation of PCBS and OCPs are compared by different activation time, activation temperature,particle size,quantity of Florisil,length and diameter of the column. The results show that PCBS and OCPs are separated better in the conditions of 2.0g of Florisil in the range from 60 mesh to 100 mesh, heated at 200℃ for 30 min to be for activation and filled in column of length of 230mm and diameter of 8mm.The recoveries of PCBs are in the range from 76.0% to 101.0%,but heptachlor, aldrin, DDE, dieldrin and methoxychlor have little interference in PCBs.
