高新技术企业竞争力评价实证研究：以北京石景山科技园为例
Empirical study on the evaluation of Hi-Tech Corporation Competitiveness：A case from Beijing ShiJingShan Science-Tech Park
本文以北京石景山科技园中的高新技术企业为研究对象，基于2002-2005年的高新企业经济普查数据特点和相关研究文献，建立了竞争力评价指标体系，利用验证性因子分析方法修正了指标体系架构，并根据综合因子分值分别对样本企业竞争力进行排序。研究结果表明：(1)因子模型是评价企业竞争力的一种有效方法，它具有较强的自适应能力。(2)该科技园区内外资或中外合资企业竞争力显著，其他类型企业数量虽多，但是综合竞争力不强。
his research focused on the high-tech corporations affiliated with ShiJingShan science-tech Park in Beijing. The measure system is designed based on the characteristic of data from national economic investigation from 2002 to 2005 and literature available. The structure of indices is modified according to the results of confirmatory factor analysis. These corporations are evaluated based on the value of f integrated competitive ability’s factor. The results are showed that the evaluation model based on the factor analysis is of valid and self- adaptability; the competitiveness of foreign enterprise or joint venture is stronger than that of others on an average in this Science-Tech park.
