根据H.323协议中的网守（gatekeeper）的功能，本文介绍了H.323网守的RAS（Registration，Admission，Status）信令协议的功能，设计并实现了RAS消息的处理流程，其中采用了工厂方法和type traits技术，增强了可扩展性和通用性。
In this paper , RAS message protocol's function of gatekeeper in H.323 based on its function,designs and implements how to deal with RAS message.The utilization of factory method and type trait technology enhance the scalability and versatility.
