知识产权保护对我国生产性服务业价值链地位的影响研究
Research on the influence of Intellectual Property Protection on the value chain status of producer services in China
基于OECD组织中的部分国家或地区2001-2020年的年度数据，算出世界生产性服务业技术复杂度，并用其衡量我国生产性服务业价值链地位。实证检验知识产权保护与我国生产性服务业价值链地位之间的关系。结果发现：（1）知识产权保护是影响我国生产性服务业价值链地位的长期原因。（2）知识产权保护对我国生产性服务业价值链地位具有短期正向冲击作用。（3）提高知识产权保护水平能促进我国的全球价值链地位的提升。由此提出构建知识产权保护对提升生产性服务业价值链地位的路径。
Based on the annual data of some countries or regions in the OECD organization from 2001-2020, we calculated the technical complexity of international productive service industry,, and used it to measure the value chain status of China\'s productive service industry. The results show that: (1) Intellectual property protection is a long-term cause affecting the value chain status of China\'s productive service industry. (2) Intellectual property protection has a short-term positive impact on the value chain status of China\'s productive service industry. (3) Improving the level of intellectual property protection can promote the improvement of China\'s global value chain status. From this, we propose to construct the path of intellectual property protection lifting the value chain status of productive service industry.
