本文介绍了社会助长的注意超荷说，涉及了两个方面的理论假设：注意资源理论和分心?冲突假设。另外，还简要整理了有关社会助长的实验研究，重点梳理了性别助长的研究，并对存在于动物中的社会助长现象进行了综述。
his paper introduced the attentional overload model of social facilitation, including two theories: attention resources theory (Kahneman, 1973) and distract-conflict hypothesis (Baron, 1986). In addition, this paper summarized the experimental research on social facilitation, and stressed the conceptualization and studies of sex facilitation effect. Moreover, this paper reviewed concisely social facilitation in animals.
