如何在聚乳酸制品中获得高含量的立构复合晶(SC),以改善其耐热性,已经成为目前研究热点。但是,通常获得SC含量的方法由于成本和技术问题,很难应用到实际工业生产中。本文通过注塑成型和退火处理,成功制备了高SC含量的PLA制品。仅仅通过一个简单的退火过程,注塑试样中的SC含量、总结晶度和晶体完善程度都得到了明显改善,相应的维卡软化温度也得到了明显提高。

o improve the heat resistance of poly(lactide) (PLA) samples through the formation of stereocomplex crystal (SC) has arisenthe interests of both industries and academe. However, the reported methods are not likely to be used in practical processing of PLA products due to their cost and technical difficulties. In this work, a commercial injection-molding and following annealing process is employed to prepare PLA parts with high SC content. After a simple annealing process, the SC content, total crystallinity and perfection of PLAcrystals in injection-molded parts are obviously promoted, which results in the enhanced heat resistance of annealed PLA parts.
