本文设计了磁流体多极多级密封试验台,着重介绍了磁性流体密封原理,给出了磁流体密封耐压能力的计算公式,通过数值计算对磁性流体密封的结构参数进行了设计,给出了磁极材料及尺寸的设计原则,研究了影响密封压差的各种因素,对设计和应用磁性流体密封装置具有指导意义。利用该实验装置,可研究磁流体的密封能力和转轴转速,密封间隙,磁流体的饱和强度,磁流体的注等因素的关系。
his article is designed for a multi-polar multi-stage seal test-bed abort sealed-in magnetic .It introduces the principle of the sealing magnetic fluid, given the formula to calculate the voltage capacity of the magnetic fluid seal. Design structur OF the magnetic fluid seale through the parameters of calculation, given principles of the size of magnetic materials ,and study various factors which impact to the Sealing pressure. Using this experimental device can study the its sealing capacity and sealing gap, and aslo the shaft speed, the saturation intensity of magnetic fluid, magnetic fluid in the relationship between factors such as injection.
