微波消解-分光光度法测定化学需氧量

通过试验研究,提出了测定化学需氧量的新方法—微波消解-分光光度法。该方法准确度、精密度符合分析要求,与国标中经典回流法没有显著性差异。采用该方法测定化学需氧量可克服经典回流法、微波消解-滴定法及HACH-COD测定法的操作复杂、耗时长等缺点。该方法适合于环境监测中污水水质的检测。
A new analytical method of chemical oxygen demand (i.e., COD)- microwave digestion-spectrophotometer-was put forward in this paper. The precision and accuracy of the new method meets the correlative standard and is very close to that of traditional standard method. The new method is characterized by operating easily and curtailing the digestion and very fit for the analysis on wastewater in environmental monitoring.
