分布质量作用下悬臂梁系统的建模研究
Modeling Study of A Cantilever Beam under Distributed Mass
利用有限元分析与参数辨识相结合的方法对分布质量作用下悬臂梁系统的动力学建模进行研究。通过用一系列的弹簧对悬臂梁的边界条件以及悬臂梁与分布质量之间的接触/碰撞关系进行等效,模拟结合面的动力学特性,从而建立系统的有限元动力学模型。利用击锤法对多种工况的系统模态特性进行了测试,结合优化设计原理对系统进行参数辨识。由实验结果与数值计算结果具有较好的一致性,验证了模型的合理性以及参数辨识方法的可行性。
he dynamic modeling of a cantilever beam under distributed mass is investigated by combining finite element (FE) analysis with parameter identification. By using a series of spring approximate to the boundary conditions of the cantilever beam and the contact/impact relation between the beam and the distributed mass, the dynamics characteristic of junction surface is simulated and the finite element dynamical model is formulated. The impact excitation method is employed to measure the modal property of the system with consideration of different status, and parameters of the system are identified by using optimal design theory. The rationality of the model and the feasibility of the parameter identification method are validated by the good agreement between experimental result and numerical calculation result.
