本文报道了一种简单且环境友好的的策略,通过使用三甲基硅基异硫氰酸酯与醋酸碘苯结合实现了炔烃的1,6-双硫氰基化串联环化反应。通过对反应所涉及到的因素进行筛选,如温度、溶剂、氧化剂、硫氰源,作者筛选出反应的最优反应条件,并在最优的条件下以中等至良好的产率成功制备了12个双硫氰基化环化的产物。

his paper reports a simple and environmentally friendly strategy to realize the 1,6-dithiocyanation tandem cyclization reaction of alkynes by using trimethylsilyl isothiocyanate and iodobenzene acetate. By screening the factors involved in the reaction, such as temperature, solvent, oxidant , and thiocyanate source, the author screened out the optimal reaction conditions for the reaction, and achieved a moderate to good yield under the optimal conditions. Successfully prepared 12 dithiocyanate cyclization products.
