微结构热辐射器的光谱调控特性分析

本文建立了钨表面光栅结构表面等离子体色散模型,结合时域有限差分算法,数值研究了微腔谐振效应和表面等离子体激发对微结构辐射特性的影响,考察了几何结构、光谱、偏振特性等参数对微结构热辐射器发射特性的影响。优化设计了在光谱响应波段内具有优异发射特性的微腔孔阵列结构热辐射器,研究结果对热光伏电池辐射器的设计有很重要的理论意义和应用价值。

In this paper, plasma dispersion model on W surface with grating structure is built, and the finite-difference time-domain method is adopted to study the effect on radiative characteristics of microstructure due to the microcavity resonance and the surface plasmon polaritons. Parameter studies on key performances variables, such as geometry dimension, spectrum, polarization, are analyzed on emission characteristics of the radiatior with microstructure. A radiator with microcavity arrays strucutre is optimized the geometry design with well emission performance at the spectral response band. The results of this paper have great theoretical meaning and practical value to design the radiator of the thermo-photo-voltaic (TPV) cell.
