双亲水性嵌段共聚物PEG-b-P4VP对FeTPPS聚集行为的影响

5,10,15,20-四(4-磺酸基苯基)卟啉铁(FeTPPS)在水溶液中可以以单体、二聚体两种形式存在,并存在动态平衡。利用FeTPPS诱导双亲水性嵌段共聚物聚乙二醇-b-聚4-乙烯基吡啶(PEG-b-P4VP)在溶液中胶束化,并进行了核磁共振(1H NMR),透射电子显微镜(TEM),动态光散射(DLS),紫外光谱(UV-vis)的表征。结果表明,加入聚合物会明显改变FeTPPS在水溶液中的平衡常数,促使FeTPPS在更低的pH值(3.0)下形成二聚体,从而调节其在溶液中的聚集行为。
dynamic equilibrium between ferric meso-5,10,15,20-tetrakis-(4-sulfonatophenyl)porphyrin (FeTPPS) monomer and μ-oxo-dimer existed in aqueous solution. Micellization of the double hydrophilic block copolymer PEG-b-P4VP was induced by FeTPPS and the characterization was conducted by 1H NMR spectrum, transmission electronic microscopy (TEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS) and UV-vis spectroscopy. It was demonstrated that the pKD of the monomer-dimer equilibrium was changed in the presence of the block copolymer. FeTPPS began to exist as dimer when the pH value was just above 3.0, which was much lower than that without the block copolymer. Therefore the aggregation of the FeTPPS was modulated by the block copolymer.
