分子蒸馏技术作为一种特殊的高新分离技术,有着非常广泛的发展前景,是常规真空蒸馏的重要补充,特别适用于高沸点、热敏性及易氧化物质的分离纯化。近年来,随着分子蒸馏技术研究的不断深入和发展,特别是分子蒸馏技术与传统提取分离技术、超临界萃取技术相结合,它已经与国民经济有着息息相关的联系。本文结合了国内外分子蒸馏技术的最新的研究现状,对分子蒸馏技术的理论研究和设备改进进行了评述,还着重对具有市场前景的离心式分子蒸馏器的研究现状进行了介绍,并且陈述了分子蒸馏技术在医药工业上新的应用进展。

he molecular distillation technology as a special kind of high-separated technology, which has a broad prospect for development, is an important complement for conventional vacuum distillation, and is especially suitable for the material of high boiling point, heat-sensitive and easily oxidized for separation and purification. Recently, with the deep research and development of the molecular distillation technology, especially unifies of molecular distillation technology and traditional separate technology and supercritical fluid extraction technology, has a close-knit relationship in the national economy. This paper combines with the latest research of molecular distillation technology at home and abroad, and makes a narration of the theory to research and the device to improve in the molecular distillation device, and mainly stresses in the introduction on the research condition of the promising centrifugal molecular distillation device, and states the new progress of application of the molecular distillation technology in pharmaceutical industry.
