基于深度学习和双目相机的手术辅助目标检测与定位
Surgical assisted target detection and positioning based on deep learning and binocular camera
针对手术中需要自动、智能地对手术辅助目标进行检测和定位的需求,本文设计了一种基于YOLOv3算法的手术辅助目标检测与定位系统。本文根据YOLOv3 算法的输出结果对图片进行裁剪,之后采用圆心检测算法对手术辅助目标圆心进行检测。根据检测结果,利用视差原理计算手术辅助目标的三维坐标。最后,本文完成了手术辅助目标检测与定位系统的实验部分,验证了该系统的有效性。
In response to the need for automatic and intelligent detection and positioning of surgically assisted targets during surgery, this paper designs a surgically assisted target detection and positioning system based on YOLOv3 algorithm.This article crops the picture according to the output of the YOLOv3 algorithm, and then uses the center detection algorithm to detect the center of the surgically assisted target. Based on the detection results, the three-dimensional coordinates of the surgical auxiliary target are calculated using the parallax principle. At last, this paper completes the experimental part of the surgery-assisted target detection and positioning system to verify the effectiveness of the system.
