Expession of Postn in articular cartilage in DMM osteoarthritic model
目的：观察Postn在DMM骨关节炎模型关节软骨面的表达情况，为阐述其在骨关节炎发展进程中的作用提供依据。 方法：把C57/BL6小鼠随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组小鼠右膝关节采用DMM法建立小鼠膝关节骨关节炎模型，对照组则只切开皮肤和关节囊，采用Western Blot和免疫组织化学检测关节软骨层中Postn蛋白的表达水平。结果：与正常组相比，DMM术后1周Postn蛋白在关节软骨面的表达量轻微上调，而在DMM术后2、4和8周，其表达量明显升高。结论：Postn在DMM骨关节炎模型关节软骨层中表达升高，可能在骨关节炎发展进程中起着重要作用。
im:To investigate the expression of Postn protein in osteoarthritic cartilage and offer some evidents to demonstrate its role in osteoarthritic development. Methods:The C57/BL6 mice were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group,the right knee joints of experimental gruop were underwent DMM surgery，while that of control group were only incised skin and joint capsule.Western Blot and immunochemistry staining were used to detect the expression of Postn protein in articular cartilage.Results:The expression of Postn in articular cartilage was slightly increased at DMM 1 week,and it was significantly increased at DMM 2，4 and 8 weeks .Conclusion:Postn was elevated in osteoarthritic articular cartilage in DMM model and may play an important role in the osteoarthritic progress.
