支化结构超塑化剂的应用性能及作用机理

本文系统研究了自合成的支化结构超塑化剂和传统梳形结构超塑化剂的应用性能,测定了支化结构超塑化剂和梳形结构超塑化剂的砂浆减水率、凝结时间以及对粘土副作用的抑制能力。结果表明,支化结构超塑化剂对水泥的缓凝作用明显,具有较高的砂浆减水率,在较高粘土掺量下依然表现出比梳形结构超塑化剂更优异的流动性即流动性保持能力。通过将支化结构超塑化剂与梳形结构超塑化剂在水泥颗粒上的吸附量和Zeta电位的结果进行比较,探讨了支化结构超塑化剂的作用机理。结果表明,支化结构超塑化剂在水泥颗粒表面的吸附量较大,并且其特殊的多枝杈结构能够保证持续的工作性能,宏观应用上表现出明显的性能优势。
he application performances of self-synthesized branch-shaped superplasticizer and conventional comb-shaped superplasticizer were systematically investigated, and their water reducing rate of mortar, setting time and inhibition to clay's side effect were also measured. The results showed that the branch-shaped superplasticizer exhibited longer setting effect, higher water reducing rate of mortar, more excellent fluidity and fluidity retention at high clay dosage. The adsorption amount on the surfaces of cement particles and Zeta potential of branch-shaped and comb-shaped superplasticizers were compared, and the corresponding mechnism was also discussed. The results showed that the adsorption amount of branch-shaped superplasticizer on the surfaces of cement particles was higher, and its special multi-arm structure can achieve persistent workability, displaying a prominent superiority in macroscopic performances.
