音频事件检测中的多级分类研究

信息时代的发展使得安防领域的技术应用得以大量推广,从而也推动了理论研究的进步。传统的视频监控存在其自身的局限性,从而催生出音频辅助判决的安防监控系统,结合声音与图像的相互优势,使得监控系统的准确率与可用性都大幅提高。本文针对安防背景下的音频事件监测展开研究,选取了代表性的六类事件,包括门声、枪声、脚步声、玻璃破碎声、说话声和尖叫声。在对识别正确率提高的研究上,本文重点从分类器的设计上,采用二级分类器的设计,并依据不同的特征集构造不同的分类器。此外,在系统优化上,本文也进行了平滑、降维、可信度检验等方法,使得系统的识别结果进一步改善。

he development of the information age makes the technology application of the field of security to a large number of promotion,which also promotes the progress of theoretical research.The traditional video surveillance has its own limitations, so as to create a security monitoring system with audio aided decision.The accuracy and availability of the monitoring system are greatly improved with the advantages of the sound and image.In this paper, we study the audio event monitoring under the background of security, select the representative of the six events, including the door sound, the sound of the gun, the sound of footsteps, the sound of glass breaking, the sound of speaking, the sound of screaming.In the design of the classifier, this paper uses the design of two level classifier, and according to different feature sets to construct different classifiers.In addition, in the system optimization, the paper also carried out the method of smoothing, dimension reduction and reliability test, which makes the identification result of the system further improve.
