为了提高通信基站中功率放大器(Power Amplifier,PA)对频谱资源的利用率,解决频谱资源紧张的问题,本文通过采用双向牵引的方法,在保证效率和输出功率的同时,设计了一款工作在0.945GHz和2.6GHz的双频段射频功率放大器。仿真结果显示0.945GHZ处饱和输出功率为41.870dBm,功率附加效率(Power added efficiency, PAE)达到了61.618%;2.6GHz处饱和输出功率为40.101dBm,功率附加效率达到了69.458%。验证了该方法的正确性。

In order to improve the utilization of spectrum resources by the power amplifier (PA) in communication base stations and solve the problem of spectrum resource tension, this paper designs a dual-band RF power amplifier operating at 0.945GHz and 2.6GHz by adopting a bidirectional traction method while ensuring efficiency and output power. The simulation results show that the saturated output power at 0.945GHZ is 41.870dBm and the power added efficiency (PAE) reaches 61.618%; the saturated output power at 2.6GHz is 40.101dBm and the power added efficiency reaches 69.458%. The correctness of the method is verified.
