球形孔泡沫铝动态力学性能的数值分析

Numerical Analysis of Dynamic Mechanical Behavior of Closed-cell Aluminum Foams

采用面心立方单元胞模型,对闭孔球形孔泡沫铝的动态力学行为进行有限元数值分析,研究泡沫铝的应变率效应,分析不同因素的影响。结果表明,单轴加载条件下,在中低应变率范围内(<102s-1),泡沫铝对应变率不敏感。在高应变率范围内(>102s-1),当单元胞变形均匀时,泡沫铝的应变率效应主要取决于基体材料的应变率效应;而当应变率增大以致单元胞发生局部变形时,泡沫铝的应变率敏感性需要考虑微惯性效应和基体材料应变率效应的共同作用。

face-centered cubic unit cell model is presented to investigate the strain rate effect of closed-cell aluminum foams with spherical pores under impact loading. The influences of inertia effect and strain rate effect of base materials are analyzed. The results demonstrate that closed-cell aluminum foams are insensitive to low and medium strain rate(<102s-1). However, in high strain rate(>102s-1), closed-cell aluminum foams are sensitive to strain rate, which originates from strain rate effect of the base material when the unit cell of the closed-cell aluminum foams deforms uniformly, and from both of inertia effect and strain rate effect of the base material when a local deformation band occurs in the unit cell with the increasing of the strain rate.
