发达国家职业教育发展过程及对我国职业教育发展的启示

his article summarized the fundamental procedures of main developed countries. There were three stages in the process: planning stage, rapid development stage, improvement stage of Vocational Education. At planning stage, because of economic developing countries gradually realized the importance of Vocational Education. Then they began to set up the institutions of Vocational Education. This period corresponded in the industrialize planning stage of each country’s economy development; At the rapid development stage of vocational education, because of industrialize developing pushed each country adopted appropriate measures to ensure the rapid development of vocational education; At the stage of improvement, industrialization has been finished in developed countries. Vocational Education has appeared theirselves special features. While our country’s vocational education is in the position of rapid development stage, we can use their successful experiences.
