本文开展圆筒型磁通切换直线电机次级涡流损耗研究。圆筒型磁通切换直线电机的次级采用实心铸铁结构,与硅钢片叠制结构有很大不同。为此,本文首先推导了实心圆环状铁心的涡流损耗模型,进而建立了圆筒型磁通切换直线电机的次级涡流损耗计算模型。然后结合有限元仿真得到的磁场对次级铁心的涡流损耗进行了计算,并对一台圆筒型磁通切换直线电机进行了发电状态下损耗测试实验,对测试结果和计算结果进行了对比分析,证明了相关理论的正确性。

his paper focused on the tubular flux-switching permanent magnet linear machines (TFSPMLM), in which the secondary is one whole tubby iron. This machine can endure high vibration and bad environment. However, the eddy current can be easily induced in the secondary, then temperature rises rapidly and efficiency drops. Hence, this paper deduced eddy current loss calculating model of tubular iron, and then established the calculating model of the secondary eddy current loss. According to the field component, the eddy current loss in the secondary was calculated. In order to reduce the secondary eddy current loss, the method of slitting along the circumferential direction was also discussed. Finally, the whole loss of a prototype was tested, and the experimental results and the calculated results were compared.
