小型现代农业园区的功能分区及其应用研究
FUNCTION ZONING METHOD AND APPLICATION RESEARCH OF SMALL MODERN AGRICULTURAL PARK
本文以石家庄鹿泉区李村镇邓村的凤凰三露果蔬生态园为例,应用层次分析法结合GIS技术,用更为细致的指标来指导小型农业园区的规划设计和农业分区。本文在常规的现代农业园区用地适宜性评价体系的基础上,因地制宜的加入风向和噪声两个因子,结合土壤养分、土地利用现状、水资源情况和交通区位四个因子,共同构成功能分区用地适宜性评价指标体系。利用层次分析法确定各指标分别对于农业生产区、科技示范区、观光娱乐区、管理服务区四个功能分区的权重值,进而运用GIS技术进行加权叠加运算,确定各功能分区的用地适宜性评价结果。本文将用地功能分区的研究由传统的定性分析向定量分析转化,更加理性、科学和全面的分析影响用地功能分区的因素,进而得出最佳规划方案。结果表明,评价指标体系中噪声和风向两个因子的加入使得适宜性评价体系更加完善,对各因素指标通过软件分析进行量化处理,使结果更具科学性。本文提出的方法是科学的、可行的,同时为现代农业园区的规划研究提供了一定的科学依据。
In this paper, taking the city of modern agricultural science and technology demonstration base as an example, Application of analytic hierarchy process was used to study the functional partition with GIS technology. At present, the development of modern agriculture park planning theory has made a lot of results, but there are still many problems. For example, the key aspects of the lack of systematic theoretical guidance, the majority of conceptual theory, empirical research and the macro regional studies, specific to the planning and construction of modern agricultural demonstration zone is less. Basing on the conventional modern agricultural park land of suitability evaluation system,combining with the four factors of soil nutrient status, water resources, land use and traffic location to constitute the functional division of land suitability evaluation index system. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight value of each index for the four functional zones of agricultural production, science and technology demonstration area, sightseeing and entertainment district and management service area, evaluating the suitability of four different functional zoning plan overall assessment, the spatial layout planning should be in line with the requirements of rationality. Four partitions of modern agricultural park is a whole, they are not separate, but interrelated functions figured, each partition also contains a number of specific partition. By using GIS technology to weight the sum of the operation, describing the function of land suitability evaluation plan to assess the application and technology, to determine the land use suitability evaluation the results of each functional area, and finally putting forward the optimum of modern agricultural park zoning plans. This paper will convert the examining ways of the functional area of land by traditional qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis .For more rational and comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting function of the land zoning, and then come to the best plan. The results showed that, the evaluation index system added the wind and noise making proper suitability assessment system more perfect, by means of analysising the indicators for each factor on the quantification software, to make the results more scientific. In each index to quantify the process using the process of analytic hierarchy and expert interviews, this method to some extent influenced by human factors. Therefore,the results of scientific research to be improved. Under actual conditions,the factors affecting on the land suitabilit is changing, So in the further study need more improve the indicator system. It can be better able to plan for adifferent comprehensive assessment,to arrive at the best available scientific plan. By results of this study indicate that this study demonstrated the feasibility of our method, offered a new approach for the evaluation of agricultural scientific park planning and provided basis and decision support for comprehensive urban-rural land planning.
