Studies on Influence Factors of Methylene Blue Decolorization Using CuO/TiO2 Under Visible irradiation

以水解法制备的锐钛矿型TiO2为载体,制备了CuO/TiO2型光催化剂。以亚甲基蓝为对象,在可见光照射下研究了H2O2加入量、pH值、催化剂投加量和污染物初始色度对脱色效果的影响。结果表明亚甲基蓝在碱性条件下能较好脱色,H2O2用量、催化剂投加量和初始色度分别为每1000mL反应液各加入10mL,0.1g和500倍时脱色最好。最优条件下对比实验表明CuO/ TiO2型催化剂的催化活性2小时脱色率可达88%,远好于改性前的TiO2和Degussa P25催化剂。

he carrier of TiO2 prepared by hydrolyze method is anatase and supported on CuO, preparation CuO/TiO2 photocatalysts. Study on methylene blue dye waste water, adding volume of H2O2, pH, photocatalysts dosage and initial chroma of this system affected decolorization efficiency under visible irradiation. Methylene blue dye could preferably decolorized on alkali condition, decolorization of 1000mL methylene blue of H2O2=10mL, photocatalysts dosage is 0.1g and 500 times chroma reaches the best. The contrast experiments under excellent condition indicate decolorization of CuO/TiO2 photocatalysts 2h is 88%, better than TiO2 and commodity P25.
