草地土壤微生物多样性研究进展
Research advances in Genetic Diversity of soil microbes in grassland
土壤微生物多样性包括功能多样性、结构多样性、遗传多样性。目前土壤微生物的研究区域主要集中在森林、农田、草地、污泥及重金属污染土壤等。研究方法由传统培养技术到现代分子生物学技术引导下的非培养技术,如DGGE/TGGE、T-RFLP、SSCP、RISA等,使得对非培养微生物的研究有了质的飞跃。探究草地土壤微生物的多样性,研究土壤微生物种群组成、结构及其演替规律,能够从本质上对土壤微生物多样性及其与环境之间的关系有一个系统的认识。本文依据国内外相关文献资料,对土壤微生物研究技术、土壤微生物多样性研究现状进行了总结,提出我国草地土壤微生物的未来研究方向,应当集中在草地土壤微生物对全球变化的响应机制、草地土壤微生物的生态学功能和进化方向及建立土壤宏基因组文库。
he diversity of soil microbes includes functional diversity, structural diversity and genetic diversity. Currently, the research of soil microbes mainly focuses on forest, fields, grassland, sludge and heavy metal contaminated soil, etc. The research methods including from the traditional culture to modern molecular approaches independent of culture that consists of DGGE/TGGE、T-RFLP、SSCP and RISA, etc, make the study of non-cultured microbes leap qualitatively. The genetic diversity of soil microbes and the composition, structure and succession rules of the populations in grassland can essentially understand the diversity of soil microbes and the relationship with environment. The paper based on related literature data summarizes the research technology and status of soil microbes, and indicates that the future study directions of soil microbes in grassland of China should focus on the effects and response mechanism of soil microbes on the global changes, the ecological function, the evolutionary direction and establishing the soil metagenomic library.
