This project provides a "smart rental" solution to solve the confusion in rental decisions among college students and the complex rental environment. It focuses on user strategy optimization and statistical prediction, making rental data innovative and commercialized.The project focuses on intelligent rental, targeting college students, recent graduates, and young professionals who face the problem of finding a good home among a large number of rental listings due to time-efficiency and spatial-cost considerations. The rental demand market targeted by the project is vast, with multiple feature dimensions in data that can be mined to identify potential demand patterns, achieve precise matching between tenants and landlords, and ultimately realize intelligent decision-making.The rental decision platform can simplify the abstract features of rental properties and automate the property search process. The project is built on the WeChat mini-program end for easy access, and utilizes modeling to assist in predictive modeling.
