溶胶-凝胶法制备掺碳纳米管的活性研究

迄今为止,在半导体材料中,TiO2被公认为是最好的光催化材料。作为光催化剂,纳米TiO2具有安全、无毒副作用、性能稳定、成本低廉、无二次污染等优点。但目前在其实用化过程中仍然面临许多问题:如纳米TiO2在可见光下的活性不够高、粉末直接使用时难以回收、催化剂容易中毒等。近年来,理论和实验研究发现,负载型的TiO2,在讲解有机物的同时,还能狗从废水中回收,使其成为光催化反应的理想材料,因而得到了广泛的关注。本文使用碳纳米管作负载材料来制备负载型二氧化钛催化剂。本文分别从负载量和使用制备过程中使用活性剂的量来考察所得催化剂的活性。实验结果表明;在负载量为0.2(w.t.%)有比较高的催化活性,在制备过程中添加一定量的表面活性剂会提高光催化活性
Up to now,nano-TiO2 is regarded as the best photocatalyst in semiconductors. As a photocatalyst, nano-TiO2 possessess many advantages:safety,innocuity, noside-effect,low-cost and no secondary pollution.However,there are still many problems in the application process of nano-TiO2 photocatalyst,such as,the lower activity under visible light,difficult to be recovered for direct-used of powder and easy to be deactivity.The semiconductor oxide as photocatalyst is a promising technique for the environmental mediation, and has been the hottest area for researchers. In the present,most research work focus on improving the activity of nano-TiO2 photocatalyst,which include revising preparation methods,element adultaration and surface modification.In this paper, TiO2, which load on CNTs, has been migrated. And their effects are studied by degradation of methyl orange, which is the maximum condition: The CNTs at 0.2(wt%) rate ,if 表活 added, the photocatalyst will be better.
