非奇异H-矩阵的新判定准则

By using the theory of diagonally dominant matrices, sufficient and necessary condition for strictly diagonally dominant matrices is given. As its application, some new sufficient conditions for nonsingular H-matrices are obtained. Meanwhile, the corresponding algorithm and Program are given. So the criteria for nonsingular H-matrices are expanded, and the efficiency of the proposed criteria is showed by a numerical example.
