自增强HDPE棒材的结构特点及力学性能分析

利用自制模具,成功地制备了尺寸为Φ7.2mm×55mm的自增强高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)棒材。通过SEM观察、DSC分析、WAXD分析与力学性能测试,研究挤出自增强HDPE棒材微观结构特点和力学性能。研究结果表明,自增强试样呈现明显的皮芯结构,表皮的结晶度最高,芯部的组织与结构与普通注塑试样最相近。自增强试样较普通试样的微晶尺寸和结晶度大幅提高,晶面间距几乎未变化,熔点向高温区发生漂移,试样内部有大量的微纤结构存在。本试验所制备的自增强试样的拉伸强度和抗弯强度分别为220.6MPa和152.9MPa,都是未增强试样的近10倍。

Self-reinforced high density polyethylene (HDPE) rods with Φ7.2mm×55mm were successful prepared using homemade mould. Study structural characteristics and mechanical properties of self-reinforced HDPE rods by the SEM observation, WAXD analyses, DSC analyses and tensile strength measurement. The study shows that the self-reinforced HDPE rods display remarkable skin-core texture formation. The crystallite of outer layer is highest; the structure of inner core is similar to injection sample. Crystallite size and crystallinity of self-reinforced rods be promoted significantly, but crystal face distance remain invariability. Melt points drift to high temperature and there exists microfibril in the self-reinforced rods in great bulk. The tensile strength and welding strength of self-reinforced HDPE rods are 220.6Mpa and 152.9Mpa respectively. They are nearly reached 10 times than those of un-reinforced samples.
