纳米零价铁的制备及其去除水中对氯硝基苯的研究
Preparation of nanoscale zero-valent iron particles and its application in degradation p-nitrochlorobenzene in water
通过FeSO4与KBH4反应,制备纳米零价铁颗粒(NZVI),用XRD、SEM和BET对其性能进行表征。在常温常压下利用纳米铁还原水中的对氯硝基苯(p-CNB),探讨了反应条件对还原率的影响。结果表明,制备过程中碱性物质(NaOH)的添加可以明显减小颗粒粒径,提高纳米铁还原反应的效率。NZVI对于对氯硝基苯有很好的去除效果,NZVI用量、p-CNB初始浓度和pH值均对其去除效率产生影响。在纳米铁投加量为1.0g/L,pH为2的条件下,添加NaOH制备的纳米铁能在120min内,对质量浓度为50mg/L的对氯硝基苯降解率可达98.8%。此外,还对NZVI还原对氯硝基苯的机理进行了初步探讨。
Nanoscale zero-valent iron(NZVI) was prepared with a method of reduction in liquid phase by the reaction of FeSO4 and KBH4. NZVI was characterized by XRD, SEM and BET. The reduction of p-CNB(p-nitrochlorobenzene) by NZVI at ambient temperature and pressure and the effects of system parameters were investigated. The results indicated that the adding of NaOH during preparation can decrease particle size, increase specific surface area and improve reduction efficiency, obviously. NZVI possessed good removal effect of p-CNB. The quality of NZVI, the initial concentration of p-CNB and pH had impacts on reduction. Under pH2.0, after 120mins of reaction, the efficiency can reach 98.8% when the quality of NZVI which contains NaOH was 1.0g/L and the initial concentration of p-CNB was 50mg/L. In addition, preliminary mechanisms of the reduction were discussed briefly.
