Boundary condition identification techniques for a beam using wave scattering approach
提出一种新的梁边界条件的识别方法,试验验证了它的有效性。所建议的方法是以波的散射方法和试验数据为基础的。忽略横向剪切和转动惯量,用欧拉-柏努力梁理论求解了简谐波动方程。方法的基本概念是弯曲波模式的幅值的提取。然后利用得到的波模式幅值以及波模式与动力刚度的关系,边界条件即可迅捷获得。为了独立地识别出参数,将动力刚度分为实部和虚部两个部分。同时,为了测量噪声的影响,波形模式的幅值分别在各离散的频率点获取,而各频率的动力刚度则也可在各频率点上获得,边界条件最终由最小二乘法得到。用一个试验证实了方法的可行性和有效性。边界上的集聚质量也可识别出来。
new method to identify the boundary parameters of a beam is presented and validated by experiments. The proposed method is based on the wave scattering approach and experimental data. Neglecting transverse shear and rotary inertia, harmonic wave solutions are found using the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory. The basic concept of the approach is to extract the wave mode amplitudes of the bending waves. Then with the wave mode amplitudes and the relationship between the wave modes and the dynamic stiffness, the boundary conditions can be determined immediately. In the proposed technique, in order to identify the parameters independently, the dynamic stiffness is separated into real and imaginary parts. By reason of overcoming the problems caused by measurement noise, the wave mode amplitudes are determined for each discrete frequency. Therefore the dynamic stiffness can be estimated for each frequency and the boundary conditions can be extracted using least squares techniques. An experiment is performed to validate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed technique. The lumped mass at the boundary is successfully identified.
