本文利用CAN总线和MAX232串口通信实现了工业蓄电池状态参数的远程监测。该设计可以将现场采集到的蓄电池电压、充放电电流、蓄电池内阻和蓄电池环境温度等参数远距离可靠并准确地传输给监控室的PC机,便于操作人员远程监控,另外本设计采用的是MATLAB串口采集和图形用户界面GUI的显示方式,也能实现蓄电池荷电状态的监测。

his paper designs a remote monitoring system for industry accumulator state measurement by means of CAN-BUS and MAX232 serial communication.The design can transfer the measured signal to PC computer in the monitoring room,it is possible for the operator to supervise.In addition,the serial data acquisition and graphical user interface display by MATLAB are used,it also provides the possibility for the monitor of the accumulator State of Charge.
