医务人员幸福感心理结构研究
Research on Happiness Structure of Medical Staff
目的：分析医务人员心理结构，方法：抽取江西省390名医务工作者作为研究对象，采用《综合幸福问卷》（MHQ，2003）进行测试。结果：《综合幸福感问卷》应用于医务人员时具有良好的信度，因素分析析出生活满意、正性情感、负性情感、健康关注、生命活力、自我价值、人格成长、友好关系、利他行为9个维度，验证性因素分析两个证实两个模块（主观幸福感和心理幸福感）9个维度（生活满意、正性情感、负性情感、健康关注、生命活力、自我价值、人格成长、友好关系、利他行为）结构拟合良好。结论：将 SWB 与 PWB 整合起来才能更好更全面地理解幸福感 ，这是未来幸福感研究的一个主要趋势。
malgamation between Subjective Well-Being and Psychological Well-Being is important current. The aim of Multiple Happiness Questionnaire(MHQ) is to set up united framework SWB and PWB. The article discuss that applicability of MHQ and structure of happiness. The samples come from Jiang xi prov (N=390). Result show that MHQ have well reliability and validity and educe 9 d-imensionality : Life Satisfaction(LS), Positive affect (PA), Negative affect(NA), Subjective vitality(SV), health concern(HC), altruism commitment(AC) self-worth(SW), Positive relation(PR), per-son growth(PG).EFA show that happiness structure include SWB and PWB ,9 dimensionality.Amalgamation between SWB and PWB could better explain and understand happiness. That is study current in the future
