红外与热导双传感技术在瓦斯浓度检测中的应用研究

矿井瓦斯气体成分复杂,危害较大。为了能准确详细地掌握其各组分气体浓度的动态信息,文章介绍了红外传感和热导传感气体检测原理,提出运用红外传感技术和热导传感技术将红外传感器和热导传感器组成一种双传感器,对矿井瓦斯气体进行浓度检测,便于实时掌握井下各组分气体浓度信息,对提高瓦斯监测系统的检测性能有较大帮助。
Gas composition is complex and harmful in mine. In order to accurately grasp the dynamic information of the gas concentration of each component, the article introduced the infrared sensor and thermal conductivity sensor gas detection principle and proposed the use of infrared sensing technology and the thermal conductivity of gas sensor technology to the concentration of gas detection, it can hold facilely real-time underground information of each component gas concentrations and improve the detection performance of gas monitoring systems helpfully.
