外资利用对我国粮食安全的影响机制研究

Under the condition of open economy, the use of foreign capital is an important means to improve the competitiveness of China's grain industry by coordinating the two markets and the two kinds of resources. With China's food market open, foreign investment is leading multinational food companies, with its capital and technology advantages, through mergers and acquisitions and other means to penetrate into all aspects of China's grain industry chain production, transportation and processing, relates to soybean and corn varieties. The use of foreign capital is conducive to increase the effective supply of grain, improve the quality of food products, as well as through competition and cooperation to promote technological progress and industrial upgrading. At the same time, the entry of foreign capital will also form the potential risks such as market monopoly, price control, ecological imbalance and the development of domestic enterprises. Therefore, at the macro level to strengthen the government policy guidance, and regulate the grain market, at the micro level to increase food technology R & D investment, bigger and stronger grain enterprises, to enhance China's foreign capital utilization level, so as to ensure food security in china.
