中药蜡疗技术应用于一例肌痹患者的效果观察
Observation on the effect of traditional chinese medicine wax therapy in a case of muscle arthralgia
目的：观察中药蜡疗技术应用于肌痹患者的临床效果。 方法：选取本科室收治的一例肌痹患者，给予中药蜡疗中医护理技术，通过疼痛评分（NRS）和生活自理能力评分（Barthel量表）来评判治疗效果。结果：经过蜡疗的中医技术的护理，患者的疼痛评分（NRS）降低，生活自理能力评分（Barthel量表）提高。 结论：蜡疗对于肌痹患者是有很好的治疗效果的，目前未见不良反应，值得推广。
purpose:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy in patients with muscle arthralgia.method:A case of muscle arthralgia admitted to our department,Give traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy and traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques,Evaluate the treatment effect by pain score and self-care ability score. Result:Nursing of traditional Chinese medicine technology after wax therapy,Patient''s pain score decreases,Score of self-care ability improved. Conclusion:Wax therapy has a good therapeutic effect on muscle arthralgia,No adverse reaction at present,Worth popularizing.
