基于神经网络PID参数整定的汽包给水系统
PID Parameter self-tuning control for Drum Water Supply Based on neural networks
针对锅炉汽包给水系统的特点,提出了基于神经网络PID参数整定的汽包给水系统控制方案。方案结构上采用串级控制,内环采用常规的PID调节器,负责解决由于给水流量,蒸汽流量等扰动造成的汽包液位波动。外环采用BP神经网络PID,负责校正水位偏差。通过实践验证,相对于常规串级PID控制方案,该控制方案具有良好控制品质和较强的鲁棒性,可有效克服蒸汽流量扰动和给水流量扰动,且根据被测参数,环境的变化具有自适应能力。
PID parameter self-tuning cascade control strategy was presented for the drum water supply in a power station. The normal PID controller was used in the inner loop to quickly eliminate the disturbance of feed water quantity and to overcome the disturbance of steam flux, and the neural networks adaptive controller was adopted in the outer loop to keep the drum lever at the set point. The result of practice indicates that the strategy can not only overcome the disturbance of feed water quantity and stream effectively, but also has strong robustness and good regulating performance when parameters of the object vary.
