Summary of symthetic routes for a kind of anti-HIV drug emtricitabine
恩曲他滨为化学合成类核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂,具有抗病毒活性,临床上用于治疗HIV感染和乙型肝炎。恩曲他滨活性高,毒性小,耐药性发生率低,具有良好的开发前景。本文主要介绍了这种抗病毒药物,整理了研究进展,并根据其合成的原料不同对合成方法进行了归类总结。
Emtricitabine,which is a kind of nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor, can be obtained by chemical synthesis. In clinical practice, it has been used for the treatment of HIV infection and HBV infection due to its antiviral activity. Based on the high activity, low toxicity, low incidence of drug resistance, emtricitabine has a good development prospect. This article mainly introduced this kind of anti-HIV drug, comprehensively listed and analysed the synthesis routes of it according to the different raw materials.
