合金元素对铝熔体在铜基体上瞬态界面换热的影响
Effect of alloy elements on interfacial heat transfer between aluminum melt and copper substrate
设计了熔体滴落实验模拟金属与基体接触过程中的瞬态界面换热情况,采用基体-热电偶一体化的T型热电偶以提高分辨率。研究了熔体滴落后20ms内的界面热流及换热系数变化规律,研究的材料包括Al-Cu、Al-Si、Al-Zn以及Al-Mg合金。结果表明,熔体与基体接触瞬间界面换热系数具有最大值,随后逐渐降低,界面换热系数变化规律可以用指数函数近似表示。所研究材料中Al-30wt.%Cu与基体接触瞬间界面换热系数最高。
In this paper, a melting droplet experiment is designed to analyze the interfacial heat transfer during metal contact with substrate. T-type thermocouple is adopted and integrated with substrate to improve resolution. Heat transfer coefficient development in 20ms after melt drop is studied, melt materials include Al-Cu, Al-Si, Al-Mg and Al-Zn alloy. At least three experiments is conducted each group to improve reliability. Results show that maximum heat transfer coefficient is acquired instantaneously after melt contacts substrate, and then decreases gradually. Al-30wt.%Cu has relatively higher instantaneous heat transfer coefficient compared with other materials studied.
