本文讨论了在WinCC构筑的上位机监控系统中，通过计算机串口(COM口)从现场智能仪表采集数据的一种实现方法。该方法采用Microsoft提供的串口通讯控件MScomm作为中间桥梁，在该控件的OnComm事件中使用WinCC脚本语言VBs编写程序，实现对数据采集，接收，处理和显示功能。本文较为详细地介绍了Mscomm控件的各种主要性能属性，并通过模拟的现场仪表进行了调试，在模拟调试中解决了仪表发送数据和脚本运行速度不匹配的问题。
his paper discussesed a technique of collecting data from an intelligent meter through serial port in the system of WinCC monitor.It adopted Microsoft Comm Controller(Mscomm) as a bridge between PC and intelligent meter.In the event of Oncomm of Mscomm, it used VBs of WinCC to receive, peocess and display data. The paper also elaborated several major properties of Mscomm. It had resolved the problem of speed matching between sending and running script by doing simulative debugging.
