目的:研究核桃树皮提取物(HT)的抑瘤作用及对非特异性免疫的调节作用。方法:建立免疫功能低下模型,检测HT对小鼠外周血细胞的影响。建立荷瘤模型,检测HT的抑瘤率及对免疫器官系数的影响;应用鸡红细胞吞噬法测定对HT对巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响;游泳及耐缺氧实验检测HT对机体应激能力的影响。结果:HT各剂量组有明显的抑瘤作用,高剂量组抑瘤率可达60%;可显著改善巨噬细胞吞噬功能、增强机体抗应激的能力(P<0.05)。结论:HT能抑制肿瘤增殖并调节机体的非特异性免疫功能。

Objective: Anti-tumor and immunomodulating effects of HT were studied. Methods: HT has been given to S180-bearing mice for 10-day. Tumor inhibitory rate, spleen and thymus index were calculated; phagocytosis function of Mf was determined when using chicken RBC as immumogen; experiments of swimming and anti-no-oxygen were performed to detect mice’s anti-emergency ability. Peripheral blood cells was detected based on low immune function model. Results: HT could inhibit growth of S180 in mice and its effect is dose-dependent, tumor inhibitory rate of high dose group was 60%, HT could increase spleen and thymus index, enhance Mf phagocytosis function, Conclusion: HT had anticancer effect and could enhance the non-specific immune function of mice.
